What is your turn around time?
Orders are generally processed and shipped in approximately 3-5 business days. An email will be sent once your item(s) have shipped which include a tracking number. If you are in need of your item(s) sooner, please select the RUSH shipping option.
Rush shipping moves your order to the top of the list; however, my nimble little fingers still have to produce your item(s). Depending on the quantity and specific item(s) ordered, your item(s) will ship in approximately 1-2 business days unless otherwise discussed.
What is your return policy?
At this time, we do not accept returns due to the handmade nature of our items. We may offer an exchange on a case by case basis. If you are not satisfied with your item(s), please feel free to email email@example.com to discuss possible arrangements.
Jewelry can not be exchanged due to hygienic purposes.

When do you offer new products?
Great question! Well, Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer Collections are a given, however; I find inspiration in everything, so something may inspire me in between those collections and I may release a small capsule collection.
What shipping options do your offer?
Standard and Rush-Domestic
All purchases are shipped either USPS First Class or Priority, depending on weight. Priority shipping includes a tracking number sent by email and able to be tracked here.
Rush shipping moves your order to the top of the list; however, my nibble little fingers still have to produce your item(s). Depending on the quantity and specific item(s) ordered, your item(s) will ship in approximately 1-2 business days unless otherwise discussed.
International packages are shipped USPS First Class for the best rate. Packages can take up to three weeks depending on the destination. Every country has specific import restrictions from the U.S. We are not responsible for any duties, custom fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases, as these are completely out of our control.

All packages are shipped to the "Shipping address" provided in the order confirmation. We are not responsible for any packages returned due to the wrong address being provided.
